Certain products we sell, particularly sealed products (such as booster packs, boxes, and other collectible items) and single cards from Trading Card Games (TCG), may be subject to export restrictions based on local laws, international trade regulations, or agreements with manufacturers.

  • Regional Restrictions: Some countries may have import or export restrictions that prevent the shipment of certain products. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product can be legally imported into their country before placing an order.

  • Customs Declarations: For international shipments, we will provide the necessary customs documentation, including invoice values, product descriptions, and HS codes. However, any import duties, taxes, or fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Restricted Countries: Due to certain trade restrictions, we may not be able to ship to specific countries or regions. If you are in a restricted country, we will notify you and cancel the order if necessary.


2. Product-Specific Restrictions

Some products may have specific legal or regulatory restrictions that limit their sale or shipment:

  • Sealed Products: Due to their collectible nature, sealed booster packs and boxes may be subject to restrictions based on intellectual property rights, copyrights, or manufacturer policies. We comply with all relevant intellectual property and trademark laws in our sales.

  • Single Cards: Some specific single trading cards may be subject to regulations depending on the rarity, value, or collector's market. We do not sell counterfeit or unauthorized cards, and all products are guaranteed to be authentic and legally traded.

  • Age Restrictions: Certain products, particularly those that may involve collectibles or potentially controversial content, may be subject to age restrictions in some regions. Customers are responsible for complying with their country’s age-related regulations when purchasing products from us.


3. Customs and Import Duty

  • Customs Fees: Customers outside the UAE may be required to pay import duties, taxes, or other fees upon delivery. These fees are not included in the cost of the product or shipping and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Import Restrictions: Please be aware that customs regulations vary from country to country. Some items may be prohibited or restricted in your country. We recommend that you check with your local customs authority for more information about import restrictions on the products you wish to purchase.

  • Customs Clearance: Delays in customs clearance can occur, and while we will do our best to provide accurate documentation, we are not responsible for delays or issues that occur once the product has entered your country.


4. Sanctions and Embargoes

We adhere to international sanctions and embargoes as imposed by global authorities. As such, we will not ship to countries or regions that are subject to international trade restrictions or sanctions. This includes, but is not limited to, regions subject to UN or U.S. government sanctions.

  • If you are located in a country or region that is currently under sanctions or embargoes, we will be unable to fulfill your order. In such cases, we will contact you directly to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

  • Denied Parties: We also comply with international trade regulations regarding the sale of products to denied parties or entities identified on restricted lists. If any issue arises in this regard, we will cancel the order.


5. Customer Responsibility

  • Verify Local Regulations: It is the responsibility of the customer to verify their country’s import regulations and confirm that the product they are purchasing is permitted in their region.

  • Accuracy of Shipping Information: Ensure that all shipping information is correct to avoid issues with customs clearance or incorrect deliveries. We cannot be held responsible for delays or costs due to inaccurate address information or failure to meet local legal requirements.

  • Acceptance of Terms: By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you are aware of and accept all local laws, taxes, duties, and import restrictions that apply to the shipment of goods to your country.
